- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
- juice of 1 lime (not lemon)
- pinch of salt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- freshly chopped cilantro
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
Serve with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream. Or spread it on toast or crackers!
