In about an hour, I'm going to call you to wish you a happy birthday. This year will be different, a little awkward too. In one year notice, you lost both your mom and your dad. Your father-in-law isn't doing very well either. Things have changed in your life, and I'm not sure whether that will change your future as well.
You're a strong person. I look up to you for being so strong. You always seem to handle things pretty well and you keep going, no matter what. So I guess it's ok to wish you a happy birthday, despite the problematic situation lately. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, that there won't be any more painful circumstances in the future. Because you deserve better..
